Upgrading from Bronze to Silver

    Hi 

    We would like to upgrede from Bronze to Silver. I clicked on the upgrade button but nothing seems to have happened. Can you let me know how to do this, I would like to make new forms this afternoon.

    I did check your account and found that you have active bronze 2-year subscription plan. Which plan you want to upgrade to silver monthly or yearly plan?

    Do get back to us on this and we will try to switch subscription from our end.

    It seems our system won't allow the switch.  If you would like, we can cancel the current subscription and do a pro-rated refund for the value of the remaining time.  Once it is cancelled, you will be able to upgrade to the subscription of your choosing.  Let us know if you would like for us to proceed and we can take care of it for you.

    Yes please can you cancel the current subscription and upgrade to the silver package.
    Will this cancellation affect forms that are already in use?

    If we cancel and downgrade your subscription, the account will go to Free plan, which will cause your form not to work since you will be over the limit.

    But, as soon as you say that you're ready, I'll do that so you can upgrade immediately.

    We want to upgrade to Silver from our Bronze account. We want to keep the 25 jotforms we are currently using active as they are all attached to our website and need to be active. So please upgrade our account from Bronze to Silver and keep the existing 25 jotforms live.

    Please note that once your subscription is cancelled, your existing forms will not be deleted. 

    Anyway, please click on the following URL to upgrade your account to silver yearly plan:   http://sites.fastspring.com/interlogy/product/jotformsilveryearly?referrer=greshambooks

    Do get back to us once you upgrade to silver plan, we will go ahead and cancel your older bronze 2-year subscription. Since your older subscription is from Oct, 2016, we will not be able to process prorated refund as our payment processing company FastSpring won't allows refunds from 2016.

    We will process 4 months of unused period from your new order of silver plan. Do get back to us once you upgrade your account and we will do the needful.

    I’ve followed your link in the email and upgraded to the silver plan – see confirmation email attached. Please can you action as soon as possible, I need to create new forms.

    Your Bronze subscription(INT161013-2767-80269) has been cancelled. You had a $44.33 remaining credit on that subscription, but the system did not let us process the prorated refund, since that subscription is older than 90 days. However, we processed the prorated refund from your new Silver yearly subscription(INT180621-5512-25491).
