I'm using the Mask Widget, how do I get rid of the $0 value if someone enters a number, but then erases it.

    Unfortunately, that is not possible, the zero value is setup by default if you remove the input.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible as well since the widget is intended to work with only numbers. You may take a look at Input Mask option for the Short text field and see if that works for you.
