PDF Embedder not working

    My initial use of the pdf widget worked perfectly. It was just brought to my attention that I now receive an error message "Couldn't Open Pdf. Something is keeping this PDF from opening."

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have been testing your form using Chrome and the PDF file you've embedded does not seem to work, but using Firefox works on my end. 

    I would recommend you to try re-uploading the file to the widget and remove all the spaces from the file's name, if the problem persists after doing this, please let us know.
