FORM: EMPLOYEE SIGNOUT
This form stopped functioning correctly 3 days ago. WE use this form embedded on our website, and then have the data pushed to Google Sheets. 3 days ago it stopped pushing the DATE field correctly.
I ran a test entry and found it on the bottom, not sorted because the Date field wasnt filled. When I checked JOTFORM directly the data was there.
Additionally- the timestamp field (Column A on Google Sheets) also stopped working about 2 months ago for no reason - it wasnt as important so I didnt pay it any notice.

May we know if you have edited your Google Sheets? Could you re-integrate your form again by removing your Google Sheets and adding it again?

There were no edits to our google sheets that Im aware of, and Im the only person who touches it normally.
The uninstall and reintegrating seems to have fixed the problem.
