How can I share my form on my Facebook business page?

I'm trying to share my form on my FB business page but the post isn't showing up. Works fine on my personal page. How can I resolve this? thanks

When you say share the form, do you mean copy/paste the link on the page wall? Can you share your Facebook business page?
