Subscription renewed automatically, can we request a refund?

Please can you cancel the recent renewal as I got that priceplan on a special offer and cannot afford to continue paying at the original price, I am current not using jotform and do not need to restart until late July/August time.

 

Can you please refund me the renewal as I didn't realise it was due to happen or I woul d have cancelled it.

 

Can you put me on your free account and I will upgrade in august when I need the extra forms.

Our subscriptions do automatically renew but you can cancel automatic renewal at any time just by downgrading the account back to Free.  You would retain your paid user benefits until the end of your current paid period.

In any case, since the subscription charge was made as of today, we can definitely cancel and refund it.  I have gone ahead and done so.  You should see the refund of $468.00 posted to the payment source used within the next 7-10 business days.
