I have used "Configuration List" to create a table with different fields and set minimum and maximum rows to 5 according to my requirement but I face one problem that is on adding a new row the values in the new row remain the same as in the previous row. I want to change values when adding a new row. How can I do so?

I have attached Screenshot for clarifications.

Please be noted that the configurable list allows you to create multiple rows to select different options from the list. If you want to display different text items in different rows, unfortunately, it is not possible with configurable list. Since you mention that the rows are limited to 5 rows, you may consider using the native drop down field from the form elements and align them in columns by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/90-Field-Positioning

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist you further.

But if I can't use Configuration List then is there any way to create the table with different input fields (for example 1st column is text(Day), 2nd is a dropdown list(select schedule) and 3rd is a single choice(extra time)  ) and in each row, there are different values.

    Day                                Schedule                       Extra Time

    Monday            select schedule(dropdown)          yes/no(single choice)

Tuesday            select schedule(dropdown)           yes/no (single choice)

There is not a widget that will behave exactly as you want, besides what my colleague suggested about using basic fields and change their position, you may use separated Configurable Lists to achieve it, example: https://form.jotform.com/81734991716972

We also have an input table element, but it does not allow to have different fields, they can be only text boxes, drop downs or radio buttons, but only one field for the entire table.

    I hope this helps.
