Is my account deleted or not?

    Hi Jotform

    Last month I deleted my account.
    Then yesterday I received a mail from you saying my account has been upgraded to Jotform Bronze Monthly. 
    But when I tried to log in to my account, it blocked me saying the account is deleted.

    So I'm confused: Is my account deleted or not?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I see that your account was holding an active Bronze monthly subscription plan. It looks like the subscription was not cancelled with the deletion of the account that kept renewing the plan as per the schedule. 

    Could you let us know if you have deleted the account from your account settings? We have now cancelled the account subscription plan and issued a full refund of the last charge. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
