Purchase Order Integration: How Users can Make Payments

Unfortunately, users cannot make online payments using the Purchase Order App you added to your form. It's used when you want to get payment from users by check or wire transfer.

 

To receive online payments, add one of our payment integrations that allow you to get paid online.

In addition, I see that your form has fields that collect credit card information. This is against JotForm terms of use. We do not allow collection of credit card information except through payment processors.

I recommend adding one of our payment integrations mentioned above to enable online payments.

Thanks. It will not allow me to add a payment option with the purchase order option. What do I do to correct that?

You will need to remove the current Purchase Order payment tool, and then it will allow you to add a new payment tool. It is safe to remove it, the products are automatically saved, so you will not need to re-add them.
