Can you get locked out jotform

I was login onto my bosses jotform to try to pull the data out as he had no success doing himself.  I had the wrong password.  I tried a few times.  Can you tell me if dcohen@wellesleyma.gov is locked out?  If so can you unlock it?  Thank you and have a great day.

If you were shown an error message stating that "You have reached your log in limit", then our security system is blocking/will block further attempts of logging into the account, even if these attempts are made with the correct credentials. You should be able to log in after 30 minutes, make sure that your login credentials are correct. Alternatively you can reset the password of the account. Unfortunately we can't reset your login attempts under these circumstances due to security reasons.

If you don't saw any message stating that you have reached your log in limit, then try to clear the browser's cache and cookies.
