I do not receive an email order confirmation from JotForm

    I do not receive an email order confirmation from Jot Form when a customer selects submit, no matter if a customer pays with a credit card or check.

    PayPal is working fine. It is the only receipt or email that I receive.

    I have checked the form provided and see that there are no submissions available for the form. It looks like that you have not received any submissions yet to the form. As I check the email notification on the form, it seems to be set correctly. Could you check once again and try submitting the form normally to see how it works?
