I didnt receive any email notification when customers fill up forms

    I need email notification, it stopped after you upgrade the site

    Can you please share with us the formID, or the name of the form?  If you have the form already embedded into your website, I would appreciate if you also share your site's URL with us

    All the forms, I didnt receive anything.

    It was working before

    Actually your email address  admin@zaharah.com  was IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) '[Errno 61] Connection refused'

    This meansyour email server provider was rejecting submissions coming from our domains.

    So, I would recommend you to modify your forms' email notifications settings so that the sender email address appears as
    noreply@jotform.com, as shown on this image:

    Please do that changes and let us know if the issue still persist
