    Telephone Number Informtation

    I have created some forms on your site, JotForm. Easy to use. Fantastic.

    I have been getting enquiries through the website however not all the information is being emailed. Telephone number field in particular and the tick boxes selecting products.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    First off, the contact form on your site is on a guest account, would you like me to move this form to your registered account ranaldmitchell? This is to prevent you from losing acccess to this form when your browser's cache is cleared.

    Going back to your issue, when I first opened your form the required field checks isn't functioning which is usually caused when there's a code conflict between the form script and your sites script. With this issue, your form user's can easily bypass required fields, in other words they can submit the form without answering the required fields. To fix this, just simply re-embed your form using iframe embed code

    Also, I just recreated your form notification for you. Can you please open your mortgage form and recheck your form notification? Just go to Setup & Embed > Email Alerts and open Notification. Please check if the form recipient email is correct. Thanks!
