The logo disappears whenever I edit it in Advanced Designer

    Hello,

    I keep reducing the margin between my log and top of the survey in the advanced designer function.

    As soon as I save and exit the designer my logo just disappears. I have to re-upload it and it takes multiple tries for the logo to finally appear again. In the screenshot you'll see it's uploaded but not appearing.

    It's done this several times.

    Hi Leslie,

    Thanks for waiting. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    I can get the logo to upload, however when I adjust the Bottom Margin in Form Logo in the Advanced Designer it causes the logo to disappear.

    I have a screen recording but don't know how to get it to you.

    Hi Leslie,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can easily send us your screen recording by uploading it to your Google Drive account and generating a share link. Let me show you how:

    1. Open your Google Drive account, and drag the screen recordings into your workspace. You will see an upload in the bottom-right corner of your page.
    2. Once done, right-click the file, and select Share.
    3. Change the General Access to Anyone with the link and click the Copy link button. The logo disappears whenever I edit it in Advanced Designer Image 1 Screenshot 20

    That's it! Send us the copied link here in the thread.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Leslie,

    Thanks for the feedback. I checked the link you provided and was redirected to a Google presentation. The video is also not playing. Check out my screencast below:

    Can you try to upload your screen recordings to your Google Drive directly? If you are having a hard time doing this, I suggest using Loom to do your screencast easily. You can check out this link.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Leslie,

    Thanks for patiently waiting. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Paint Roller icon on the upper right side.
    2. Under the Themes tab, hover your mouse over the Default Theme and click on Use Theme.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Simplicity and click on Use Theme.
    4. Then add your logo. The logo disappears whenever I edit it in Advanced Designer Image 1 Screenshot 30
    5. Inject the custom CSS code below:
    .form-page-cover-image {
      margin-bottom: 20px;
    }

    Here's how to inject the CSS code:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Paint Roller icon on the upper right side.
    2. Under the Styles tab, paste the CSS code in the Inject Custom CSS box.

    Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
