I have 2 forms which are actually cloned. (except minor padding differences)
1st one looks fine on mobile, and the 2nd doesn't: background isn't loaded, scrolling is needed.
Could you please let me know whether your form are officlly supported for mobile, and what's the difference between the two? (is it a bug?)

Yes, our form are mobile compatible. You have injected custom CSS codes to your form, the background image. I am not quite sure if this is causing the issue to happen, but this is a thing to consider. There is no bug, we just need to tweak it a little to make it more viewable on mobile devices.
I can also see the background image on the second form using iPhone 5 and Samsung Android phone. So, I think that this is just a delay. Are you still not able to view that image until now? The background image is also the reason why it need you to scroll.
