Hello, I've been suspended as well and I don't believe I violated any rules

I have checked your account and our auto phishing system suspended your account. I checked your form but there no fields, however, your form name has Hack in it and that triggered the suspension.

I have lifted the suspension and whitelisted your form.

If it is possible to change your form name, that would also be great. To avoid being suspended again.

Hey! Thank you so much for the prompt response. The only issue with changing it is that our organization is revolved around a Hackathon, which is more like a coding/project event for university students, and the organization name has the word 'Hack' in it. Hence the "Hack Lassonde". So, for an executive application form it would hard to avoid a title like "Hack Lassonde 2018-2019 Executive Application"

Do you have any suggestions on how to avoid getting suspended again whilst still maintaining the organizations professional front?

I have checked your account again, and our system suspended it once more. I have tried whitelisting it but to the system would still suspend it.

I have asked my colleagues about this and the only way to avoid being suspended again is by changing your form name.
