Unfortunately, you've been billed the regular rate. Please make sure to fill out the Nonprofit Application Form and give us up to 24 hours to review your application. Once approved, you will then get an email notification with instructions on how to upgrade using the nonprofit discount.
Since you're already on a paid plan, you can still upgrade using the nonprofit discount, however, please note that by default, the prorated unused time/amount for your current plan will be kept as credit for future upgrades until zeroed out.
