I work for Pacific University and we have an institutional "Google Apps" service that provides a Google Apps account to each employee through the institutional account. The University also has an institutional account through JotForms. I would like to be able to make a form in our Institutional JotForm account and then use the integrations feature to be able to have the data from the form automatically uploaded to a Google Doc on my institutional Google Apps account. However, there is no integrations link from the institutional JotForm like there is from my personal JotForm. Any idea why? Is there a way I can still do this integration?

This is to inform you that you are registered to a Jotform Licensing Program (https://secure.pacificu.edu/forms/) that someone has bought from us. As you could see, the domain is not Jotform.com or jotformeu.com or anything that has the word "jotform".
The buyer of our licensing program probably do not activate the Integration Feature.

Jotform License does not come with 3rd party integrations, however, I would recommend you to write to email@example.com for further clarification

Thanks, all! I was not aware that we had purchased a JotForm licensing program. It sounds like there is conflicting ideas about this. Is it possible that the integration feature needs to be activated as Welvin suggests? Or is that simply not possible as jeannettebmz suggesets? I will also contact interology for clarification.

Yes, it would be better to contact Interlogy Support Email for this.

The Support Staff is not trained on the Jotform License, that is why you did not get a definitive answer. As far as I know the integrations are not part of the Licensed product
At any rate, the best course of action is to send a message to the email I provided to you above
