I need help locating the missing form.

I’m looking for a form that I created last year and you’ve said several summers in a row, but I can’t find it. Is that because I need to upgrade my package

Our system shows that the form was created under your account but has since been deleted. Unfortunately, deleted forms will be permanently purged from our system after 30 days unless they are restored. To view all your deleted forms, you can check your account history. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. Under Account Settings, click on the History tab. There, you should be able to browse your activity logs. You can filter different actions and dates. Please set the filter to Form Deletions and the date to All time.
