some products not appearing on the emailed form

    Dear Jotform


    We are using serveral forms on your system and these are all very similar but each form has a 'purchase order' facility that automatically keeps a running total of the value of the order. Most of the forms are working fine but a couple of them are not displaying the products purchased on the email that is forwarded on us. Every field is visible and even the section that says 'my products' are there but with no content. Yet if I look at the form online then all the corrct information is there.


    Are there any bugs on the Jotform software you are aware of. Please can you assist us?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The problem is related to incorrect field {tag} on Email Notification body. When, you change something in Email Notification, it is no longer auto-updated by the system.

    To solve the problem, please open your Email Notification, put the cursor on some field and then click on the corresponding field name to get the correct {tag}.

    In your case, you will need to replace {17} with {myProducts16}.

    You will also need to Save the changes.
