Why won't changes made to my form save and update on the form when displayed through html code?

Asked by cchiu1995 on November 28, 2012 at 02:16 AM

I have a form that is integrated into my website, but when I save changes, although they are visible int he 'preview' window (or via direct link) the changes are not visible on the website. I know the problem is not with the site, but rather, with the html code being linked to the updated version of the form - as when I copy that html code into an html code tester, the updates still do not show.

This is a serious problem and we'd really appreciate it if you could help us out. Thanks.

P.S. this is the link to the form by itself, to compare to: http://www.jotform.ca/cchiu1995/caimunregister

Can you please try changing your embed code to:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.ca/jsform/23157939607261"></script>
