See in this video how form shows up in mobile view, while my form is too tall to fit in mobile it cuts from bottom & top. Ny advice.

I have checked your form again on the website you shared with us and see what you mean. I noticed that you have embedded the form using its Embed Script. May I suggest that you change it to its Iframe Embed code, please?

The iframe embed code has a height attribute that you can adjust.

Also, the size of the Iframe varies on the size of its container or the element where it is in. It will take up all the space of its container. You may also try adjusting the size of the div element that has the iframe embed codes.

Hi, I tried changing the size, but its not responding. Width can be changed but height is not responding. Any ideas?

Please try removing the <script> part of the Iframe Embed codes when you embed it to your website.

After that try adjusting the height attribute of the <iframe> again.
