We have had users complain that they have submitted forms that we have posted, and they get the "Thank you for your submission!" page and everything, but the registration does not go through at all. Specifically, we don't see that they've submitted a form. It doesn't show up at ALL on jotform. What can be done to fix this? Multiple people have had this problem, so it's not like it's from one computer or it happened only one or two times. It's happened 5 times that we know about (which is the concern - what if people have submitted forms but because it didn't go through, even though they did everything correctly and the website/form said it was submitted, and they don't know that we didn't receive it?).
We've put language on our forms that say "if you haven't heard from us within 48 hours email us because your form may not have been submitted properly," but I do not think that is the best way to go about this.
Please let me know if there's anything you can do.
