That is the instruction they give their costumers to integration email notification from others.
Could you help e with the format i have to use to send from jotform.

It looks like they are using a regular expression to parse the address of incoming emails. Regular expressions can be tricky to get right so your best bet would be to contact them and give them the address that you've specified as the "from" address for the form. Failing that you could tackle it yourself. I suspect you could try the following, but without access to it I can't be sure.
Enter the trigger rule as it is above, but change the end (user\@domain\.com) to whatever your own from address for the form is... something likeFrom:[^\n|.]+myname\@mydomain\.com

I know it has been a year since you asked this, but I have a good news. :) We have just released integration with AWeber. You can now connect your forms with AWeber email lists and follow up auto-responders.
