Authorize.net transaction ID does not match the transaction ID in my transaction report.

    I have built a form and used the Authorize integration.  I put a transaction through got a transaction id of 39196366.  The problem is that Authorize does not have the transactions and they say this is not their transaction ID.  So how do I go about figuring this out?

    This is my first time doing this so I could have easily missed something from the numerous videos I watched.

    To clarify, the transaction ID you see in your submissions page is not appearing your transaction details in your Authorize.net account? I believe that the transaction ID should be equivalent to your Authorize.net's transaction ID as what our dev had implemented few years ago https://www.jotform.com/answers/403650.

    Please try running a report and see if you can locate the ID shown in your submissions. You can visit here https://authorize.net/ > login to your account and go to REPORTS and choose transaction detail.
