On 6 July we requested the transfer of our data on the server in Europe. the request was successful. We did not have a confirmation email.

    Hello,

    I can see that your data is already moved to EU servers. But, as you have reported that no confirmation email has been received, I will create a ticket on your behalf, so our developers could check if some changes were applied regarding data transferring.

    Hello fitservizi,

    We have not been able to find reasons why emails were not sent in the time frame you used "Transfer Data to EU" feature. Currently, this is no longer a problem and emails are sent properly. I am closing this issue but feel free to respond here again and open the issue if you have/had other problems regarding data transfer between EU and US.
