E-mails stopped being sent

    E-mails were being sent via my conditions untill a submission on November 12th. I should have recieved 2 e-mails for submissions since then and have not. I cannot provide URL to my form because it is on a private website, I have provided screenshots.

    Hi,

    We apologize if that caused you a confusion. To solved this, please try using noreply@jotform.com as your form notifications "Sender Email";

    And add Jotmails IP Address to your server whitelist: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
