when testing the authorize.net integration or trying to use the actual form to donate it gives me the error message phone number required

Hello usara. Can you try doing the following:
Login to the Authorize.net Merchant Interface ( at https://secure.authorize.net ), click on Settings -> Payment Form -> Form Fields and uncheck the Required box for the phone number (uncheck the e-mail if it requires the e-mail address as well).

Thank you. I did this and this corrected the issue. I was confused because I had my form setup to ask for and require an email address and phone number but I assume that since these fields were not a part of the actual Auth.net field I still needed to disable them through my merchant account administration management control panel. JotForm is the best solution I have found for form on the internet.
