    Hi there,

I have two forms set up to enable a "save" feature for my users with unique session IDs. One of my users recently reported a critical error with the second (main) form: she said that when she'd clicked on her unique link (using her email address and session ID as data points) that she'd accessed a different user's partially-completed form!!

I tried trouble-shooting this issue on my own, but couldn't duplicate the error on my computer using updated versions of IE, Firefox, or Chrome. Please help; I have no idea how to fix an issue I can't see!!

    Thanks in advance,

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate it on my end as well. Can you please ask the user the following info.

    1. Edit link

    2. Session ID in her email. Will be use to match the session ID in your submission page.

    Looking forward for your response.

    Thanks, Jed.

I asked her for the edit link she'd received in her email (please see below). The edit link is based on the session ID in the form + her email address, so her session ID should be: XBU8QIOW6H as shown in the link.

    Hello,

Apologies on any inconvenience, but I can not see any pre filled fields on the link, which was generated for your respondent. The form is clear except for the first page, where user's email is populated. I have also checked form settings and submissions and can not see anything, what could cause the issue you described. Can you please ask your user to provide a screenshot of what is shown when they open the form? Also, you could recommend to try with different browser.

Please get back to us if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.

    Hi again,

Still having issues--another user reported the same error and provided screenshots of this problem. Please find those images attached and her edit link below.

PLEASE HELP ASAP!! Otherwise I'll need to shut this form down and revert to hand copies.

The URL in the screenshots you have shared show "%7b", example:

I have checked the conditions in your form and I noticed this happens in the condition that is triggered when the field "How many Parishes..." is equal to 1. You may change the link to have the correct one:

Please  kindly try modifying this and see if that helps to get the correct data loaded.

If the problem persists, let us know.

I'm not sure I understand the problem with the link. Could you please show the correct link v. the current incorrect link for users who meet the "How many Parishes [...] equal to 1" condition?

*Update: Whoops, nevermind, I was able to find the one problematic link. Thank you for your assistance and have a great day!
