    Hi,

It happens in "Enquiry Report". The application no. generate by system is back to "AN1" after the record of "AN9222".

As we use the no. to record unique client's activity, it will confuse the record in other forms and systems. Please help solve the problem ASAP.

    Please find the attachment.

    Hi,

How can we add more number for the "Application number"?
Adding more "0" to "Number Padding" ?

Should we do it by ourselves ?

Adding more "0" to "Number Padding" would not do anything. It is the same if you enter one "0" or ten "0". The Number Padding is related to the length of ID. I would suggest you to check the explanation about the Number Padding in this guide: How to Add Custom Unique IDs to your Form Submissions?

Changing the Number Padding will also not resolve this issue that we currently have with the Unique ID widget. Our developers are still working on this issue. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon. We will inform you via this thread when the issue is resolved.

    Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we are trying to find what might have caused that behavior. You can set your unique ID manually to continue where it stopped. With that, you are not blocked in this regard.

    Thanks.

Please change the current index to 9222. This way the next ID will be 9223.
