buenas tardes, tenego una duda, el aplicativo me manda un mensaje que no puedo crear formularios ya que cuento con una membresia gratruita, actualmente contamos con licencia gold por lo que solicito de su apoyo para realizar las correcciones pertinentes a la brevedad.

The thread you have given was about another issue with your account. May we know if that issue was resolved and your account was upgraded back to Gold yearly?
Currently, your account is under the Free subscription. Did you change your credit card information?

No he cambiado nada y todavía no me toca pagar hasta diciembre desconozco porque lo pusieron en ese modo. Necesito me activen mi cuenta ya que es algo urgente y no considero que sea problema de este lad gracias.
