How to download form attachments without having to access each attachment individually.Asked by TerriA on November 29, 2012 at 10:31 AM
How can I download a forms attachment without having to access each entry (line item/record) and click on the form link and then save it to my computer. Very tedious method. Need the attachments exactly as they were uploaded by the form user. Do not want to see a reoprt of each entry in PDF format as that does not do me any good.

To my understanding if I am reading your question correctly you wish to download basically everything at once mostly for the attached files that are uploaded with your submissions.
Unfortunately this isn't exactly possible to download just the attachments themselves all at once but what is possible is to have everything downloaded via either our Dropbox or Google integrations, however the submissions and associated data will be separated into folders but then they are at least downloaded so and they can be synced to your computer so that they are readily available with which you can then easily obtain these files.
You can refer to this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/9091-How-do-I-download-all-attachments for a previous answer about this.
I hope this helps and if you have any other questions or problems feel free to ask.
If you are looking to get the file uploads in the form as an attachment then we have a great news for you. Files uploaded to your form can now be sent as an attachment on email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback.
