I have sent two emails in which I describe the issue I have. I went cancel the monthly subscription because I will not be using any forms for a dead period of my business. When I cancelled, it mistakenly purchased a year long subscription. I have asked for someone to address this situation and to provide a refund as it was done mistakenly. This has been over a month with no response.
