    No image in wishbox mail or account

    i just installed your wishbox plugin in my site but i am not getting trough any images.

    Is this a known problem or am i doing somethin wrong?

    Hi, you will need embed the generated code on your website. It will have feedback button you can use.

    Go to this website http://www.jotform.com/wishbox/ -- there is a feedback demo button at the lower right. That is how it should work.

    But it does work, the button and the popup and the screenshot editor, when sending it even shows the screenshot in the background.

    But no image in my mail or account.

    I have test your wishbox form and I have check your account, I can see my test submissions to have the image so I can conclude that upon your testing, you do not have an action created to the screenshot that is taken. In order to have an attachement, you have to use the image tools of the wishbox form;

    Please try doing another test and use the image editing tool before submitting, see if you still can't see an attachment.

    i did edit the image in every test, but for some reason it is working now.

    Dont know what you did but thanks :) haha

    Wow, Great! Cheers! I just did a test on your wishbox form, edit the image using the image editing tools.

    Just please do it that way.  If Everytime you have receive an email notifications without attachement, that is for sure, they do not use the image editing tool.
