I would like to create a driver manifest for other emplyees to submit requests for pickup or delivery with my drivers. I understand jotform integrates with google doc spreadsheets, but can you tell me if it possible to have one form, and have the submission go to a particular driver's google doc spreadsheet, simply based on a chosen value of a pull down menu? —Thanks

No Unfortunately, that is not possible.
All I can think of is to have seperate forms, perhaps will some clever code to on your website to show the relevant for to the relevant driver.
driver 1 radio button
driver 2 radio button
driver 3 radio button
Then depending on which option is selected the correct form would be show. All it would really need is a little HTML, js & CSS. We could help with that code, if you did want to pursue that sort of workaround?
Remember you can clone forms as well which should make creating different forms a little more straightforward.

it would be great if this was a built-in option on jotform, have a condition that can automatically link to another form based on a conditional value on the root form.

This is something that can be accomplished. You can use the conditions option.
You can set where the user is re-directed on submission according to their choice. The only downside to this method is that the user will use 2 of your submissions per entry.
1st Submission to be redirected to the corresponding form and
2nd Submission is the one from the second form
This 2nd form is the one with the integration.
The other option would be to offer different links according to choices.
Here is a sample of this: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23628838797979?
You can delete the submit button on that sample form and have the user click on the link in stead.
Hope this helps!
