My form auto response email will not work

Hello,

I have tried multiple times to set up auto response using the noreply@jotform. It will not send a response to the person filling out the form, I have tried with multiple people. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your YES, i want to learn more! (240315268926055) form, which is the only form in your account, and I found that the Encrypt Form feature is enabled for that form as you see in the screenshot below:

The Email Autoresponder, aside from a few other form features, becomes unavailable when the form is encrypted. To learn more about it, we have a guide here that you can check out.

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. Unfortunately, you can not use Autoresponder email due to your form is encrypted. As my colleague explained to you earlier, if you enable form encryption, you can not use some of the features like Autoresponder. To use Autoresponder, you need to disable Form Encryption. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, go to Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top.
2. Click on Form Settings in the menu on the left.
3. Now, toggle off Encryption Form Data to disable it.
