Hi,
Ive made a PDF version of an online form, but the submit button doesn't seem to work for all browsers/ OS's. If some of the users will have to submit their forms separately by email, is there any other way to reconcile the data from these forms with the data submitted online without having to extract the whole lot and do it separately?
Thanks

I have tested your form and it seems that the country picker widget is not converting properly to PDF that is why you cannot submit the form.\

Can you confirm you have this issue as well?
I'm not sure I understood your question correctly about the submission data. Can you please explain further your concern regarding the submission data?
Thank you.

Hi,
That's not the problem as the form I made the fillable PDF from is this one- 81902952338360
This is a clone of the form you were looking at, from which I'd removed all of the conditions and widgets, as from what I understood these would not convert to PDF format.
Do you know what the problem might be with the PDF from this form?
Thanks

I test this by cloning your form and the create pdf tool. I was able to successfully create the PDF form version.
Two possible reasons I think it was failing on your form was due to the Terms widget and the Security seal field on the form.
Can you please try removing them on the clone form also, save the form, and try again create the PDF form.
Let us know if this still did not work.
