False is showing in excel for fields related to conditions

I cannot replicate the issue you reported on my cloned form. 

I inspected your form and those fields are the Multiple Selection widgets that do not have any options. They are also hidden. Did those fields previous had some options that you removed? 

Considering that you did not collect any data with those fields, you can remove and re-add them to the form to see if that will remove the "false" from an Excel report.
