Unable to log into my account

    I have been trying to login today and reset my password twice but keep getting this error message: Login failed - SUSPENDED


    Please advise how I can access my account asap.

    You were unable to log in due to a suspension in your account. Your account was temporarily suspended because one of your forms was collecting sensitive data in an insecure way, in this case, you were collecting credit card information in plain text, without using one of the Payment Widgets as instructed by our Terms of Use.

    Since the form that infringed the Terms of Use was already in your Trash Folder, we proceeded to permanently delete the form and lift the suspension on your account. You should be able to log in now, but don't hesitate in contacting us if the problem persists.

    I am still getting the "login failed - SUSPENDED" error message.

    It may take a few minutes for the suspension to be lifted from your account (username: modot), I suggest you try to clear the cache of your browser since it might be storing a cached version of the login page. As it is now, your account has been already unsuspended in our server:
