Old Questions showing up on submitted form

We've revised our form a number of times (VHF New Guardian Application), and when people enter the information - the correct questions appear, however, when we get the email with a copy of the questions and data, there are a bunch of old questions that show up, which are no longer active on the form.

Some of the new questions with data don't appear on the emailed report either.  What's odd is that when I go to the jotform website and look at submissions, the correct questions and info do show up.  How can I get the emailed report corrected … and delete all those old questions?

That means your email notification failed to update with the new changes from your form. This happens when the email notification templated was modified.

To fix it, simply delete the existing email notification and create a new one.
