Bullet points of "Text" field is not being displayed in submission page and submission PDF.

    Hi again

    Yes I have that enabled.  All the text is showing correctly.  But the "bullet" point at the start of each point is not rendering in the submitted email pdf.

    They usually show on the pdf but something has changed today and they don't.

    Can you help please

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The bullet list items you have added in "Text" field of form is not being displayed in form's submission page and submission PDF.

    I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    Unfortunately no, we have not received any update from our backend team yet. Upon checking the ticket status, I found that one of our developer is already looking into this on priority. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update on this.

    Unfortunately, there is no updates yet about this issue, nor an estimated time-frame for a resolution.

    Do you think this form is still be worked on by the techs for a solution.  It has been a week and no response or solution.  I am thinking this may have been forgotten.

    Yes our backend team is looking into this and its not forgotten. I am sending a note to the assigned developer for an update. We will get back to you on this soon.
