Quarterly payments

hello. We have an account set up with you already under our email. We are using your form to sell a wine quarterly subscription. And we are collecting credit cards using Stripe. We would like to know if we can charge our customers credit cards at the exact date that we want?? Or is it automatically every 3 months? And if it’s automatic, at what time/date?? Thank you

Your customer will be charged automatically on the same day each month when a form was submitted.

However, it seems that the billing cycle can be changed form your Stripe Dashboard.

is it possible to set the payments. For example... sept 1st, november 1st, February 1 st, may 1st?
or can i just save the cc infos and charge them when i want?

It is not currently possible to bill on specific dates or to store the credit card data to charge the user from your end.  It is possible to set the first payment date a specific amount of time from their initial submission date, but not to start and reoccur on a specific date.

what??? really, first time you guys told us something different. i need to be able at least to charge the credit cards in february, may, september, november. can you do something for me?

Sorry, but that is not possible. The billing date will start from when the user subscribed.

ex. January 1st — next billing will be on Feb 1st.

It will start counting whatever the date / time of the subscription was.
