I have someone trying to complete a form and said "I have the entire application completed, but every time I click 'submit' I get a notice saying "An unknown error has occurred" and the fields for my first and last name on the final page of the application are highlighted red. I am not sure what is causing this, because I know that my name here is correct. This is in the fields asking for credit card information for the application fee which I have tried with multiple cards only to get the same error."

I cloned your form to test it on my end and I was able to replicate the issue. Please give me more time to investigate the issue. I will contact you again today on this thread once I have any updates.
