unable to download all responses

    Hello,

    This morning, I put in a request to download all responses to the form "Dogs of Central Park Calendar: Photo Submission" 


    I have still not received the notification message to tell me that the download is ready. Is there a way I can download all of the submissions? Thanks.

    I checked your account data page and I saw an export ready from May 23rd and 3 exports from today that are still in progress.  You can check the same from the account data page:

    https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

    Click on "Download My Data" too check the progress of the exports.
