I can see that you have consumed 14 payment submissions before you upgraded to Silver plan. Please note that Bronze plan can only accept 10 payments per month. If you exceed those numbers, you will see a notice to upgrade and your forms will get an error when a user submits a form that has an integrated payment active.

So since I upgraded to the Bronze and then to Silver in the exact same day, will I be charged for both?

We will need to process a refund for the bronze payment. May I know what PayPal email was used or if you can provide us the PayPal's transaction ID for the bronze payment?
