My bank account was debited three times for a $10 website for email processing. I only wanted one website. I need for the other two payments to be put back into my bank account immediately.

Hi,
I assume that you have filled out JotForm form that belongs to one of our users because the email on the screenshot you have provided seems like a JotForm autoresponder email. If so, you need to ask to the form owner for the refund.
