My conditions don't seem to be working correctly.

I have created a form for our employees to submit their work.  The fields need to show based on the type of job they select but it doesn't seem to be working correctly.  Can you assist?

If your issue is that the Job Type field cannot be visible, you can solve the issue as you can see below:

As you can see above, you need to remove the "Show Job Type" from the conditions. I cannot see another problem on your form. If you wanted to mention another issue, please can you give us more details? For example, which condition couldn't work? We will be waiting for your response.
