Why the unique number is not running up ?

    Hi Team , I don't know why the running number of Unique ID Widget is not running up. 

    The Number Runs from from CBC0018 to 21 and then back to CBC0010 and 11 again. 
    while the date is running, up , the unique number should be running up too. 
    Can you let me know what should i settle this ? 
    I'm strongly concern than my report will have duplicate number.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We had experienced some issue with the Unique ID widget that caused the issue to reset the count. However, the issue has already been resolved now and shouldn't be any issue further. Unfortunately, you may be required to re-arrange your affected forms unique ID numbers where it stopped by editing the submission and then check the Unique ID widget settings.

    I understand that the reports shall go wrong if the Unique ID is duplicated. However, since the submissions are already received it is required to edit them manually. Please note that the issue has already been taken care by our backend team to avoid such instances again. There is no action required from your end except for the submissions that are already received.
