Hi there,
Are you blocked by Chinese government? I created a form, while my friend cannot open the link in China.

JotForm is accessible in China. However, some of the URL with prefixes like;
form.jotform.com
form.jotformpro.com
Might not be accessible.
Use these tools:
http://www.greatfirewallofchina.org
To check whether your form URL is visible. Try inputting these URLs;
https://www.jotform.com/81982546882169
http://www.jotform.com/81982546882169
https://www.jotformpro.com/81982546882169
We apologize for the inconvenience. This happens because JotForm is not based in China and therefore some sites and content not from China will get blocked by the Great Firewall.

pea_souperReplied on July 18, 2018 at 11:43 PMThank you for the feedback. Yes, the prefix form.jotform.com doesn't work. They tried the "https://jotform.com/81982546882169" and it works!
How to do with the setting to ensure that the links I got for other new forms should always use the prefix "Jotform.com"? And I'd like to download a QR code for the link with "jotform.com" prefix. Currently, the QR code always point to the "form.jotform.com" links.
Thanks!

You just have to remove the form prefix from URL for each form. I'm not sure how you're sharing your form, but if you go to Publish section:
You can copy the link and remove form. prefix. And you can do the same with embedded forms.
Now, I checked your forms but I couldn't see QR code there?
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!
