integration with stripe and Agile

I'm trying to integrate Jot Form submissions with Agile CRM through Zapier.   I have my form set up to collect First and Last Name, but when zapier tries to pull the information, it's only pully first and last name together.   Is there a way to set up my form so first name and last name are completely separate fields?

You can make them separately by using short text element and labeled them name and surname instead of using full name element. Full name element has 2 areas one for name one for surname but it contains data in one column. You can solve this with short text element. So, name data will be in a column and surname will be a different column.
